Senior Data Engineer Python/ML/AWS (m/f/d)- Remote

Position

We are looking for a data engineer that will enable our soil and data scientists to acquire data and to process it efficiently.

You will

Build and maintain data processing pipelines and storage
Ensure high performance and cost-efficiency when training and executing machine learning models
Support in automating manual processes
Support in maintaining high data quality

You have

Customer Focused: You measure success by the real value your work brings to users and the business. Your job isn’t done until you get positive feedback.
Experienced and Up to Code: You have 4+ years of experience building machine-learning-powered products. You write maintainable code in multiple languages (e.g., Python) and work with data processing tools like SQL, Pandas, Numpy, and ML-Ops tools (e.g., ML-Flow). Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments like AWS is a plus. You choose tools and technologies that best solve the problem at hand.
End-to-end ownership: You handle every project phase—from ideation and planning to coding, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting.
Problem Solver: You don’t wait for detailed instructions; you start with a problem and collaborate with the team to design and test solutions.
