Position

We’re looking for a HR Manager (part-time, 20 hours per week) who combines analytical thinking with excellent communication skills. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our team, bringing great organizational talent, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

You will

Manage all HR-related matters
Own the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to issuing employment contracts.
First point of contact for the employees
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process
Manage the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and update records of employees
Support in the optimization of HR processes
Assist with payroll
Work directly with the C-Level to ensure operational success

You have

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential)
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Good understanding of labor law in Germany
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent record-keeping skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (minimum B2) & English
Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Superb computer literacy with capability in Google Workspace software, applicant tracking systems (Join is preffered) and HRIS (Personio is a plus)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
